My name is Jennifer Mauricio, and I am 27 years old. I was born and raised in Eagle Pass, Tx. I am a boy mom<3<3 I am currently attending Sul Ross State University finishing up my bachelor's degree in education. My future goals are to become a teacher as a future teacher, I will focus on fostering a love for learning by creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment. I will teach essential subjects such as literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies, integrating technology to enhance understanding. Emphasizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills, I will encourage students to ask questions and explore ideas. Additionally, I will incorporate social-emotional learning to help students develop resilience and empathy. By promoting collaboration through group projects and discussions, I aim to prepare my students not only academically but also as responsible and compassionate global citizens.
